How do I download my product?
To download your product you will need to the Pulse Downloader app. After installing the app, you will need to register an account and login.
Click here to download the Pulse Downloader app.
After you have logged in, enter your download, which you will receive by email after purchasing your product, then click on Download and the product will download to your chosen destination.
Where is my Pulse download code?
After placing your order you will receive an email which contains your Pulse download code and full instructions on how to download your product using the Pulse Downloader app.
If you do not see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
If you have not received your download code, please contact us by clicking on the Help Me button below and we will email you the code.
What is the difference between a Kontakt Instrument and a Kontakt Library?
Kontakt Instruments
If you own the full version of Kontakt, you can use any Kontakt Instrument.
Kontakt Libraies
If you have the free Kontakt Player, you can only use Kontakt Player Libraries.
Can I add it to the Kontakt Libraries tab?
Our instruments do not display within the Library tab of Kontakt. You will need to load our instruments using the Files tab or Kontakt's Quick-load browser.

How do I load my instrument in Kontakt?
You will need to load our instruments using the Files tab or Kontakt's Quick-load browser.
Why is my product showing in 'DEMO' mode in Kontakt?
All Kompose Audio products require the full, paid version of Kontakt to run. If you try to use our instruments in the free Kontakt Player, it will show as DEMO.

How do I apply my store credit?
If you have store credit on your account, you can easily apply it during checkout! Just look for the "Apply store credit" option in the payment section on the left and check the box to apply it to your purchase.
Please note, you'll only see this option if you have store credit available on your account.
You can also check your store credit balance by logging into your Kompose Audio account. Just click on "Profile," and you’ll see how much store credit you have.
