Most of my inspiration comes from nature, my spouse, and friends. My influences include Peter Gabriel, Natasha Atlas, Kate Bush, EW&F, and many others.

Though my favorite way to perform is on an acoustic piano, in the studio, I also appreciate a wide variety of synthesizers and sampled instruments. These range from physical modeled (such as UltraAnalog VA3 by AAS) to sampled virtual instruments in platforms like SoundBox and Kontakt.

Kompose instruments include Adrift, Umbris, Pipe Organ, Symphonic Viola, and more. One thing that draws me to these instruments is the sense of flow within the sounds. They are rarely static. This ever-evolving nature allows the sound itself to contribute to the composition.
