I'm a bit of a chameleon, straddling classical and modern genres. I would describe my music as percussive, melodic and textural.

Tell us about your inpirations and influences and how they have contributed to your creativity

Primarily, as a drummer I am influenced by jazz music and jazz drummers, which may explain some of the rhythmic complexities I explore. I am also heavily influenced by composers such as Roque Banos, Alexandre Desplat, Cliff Martinez, Clint Mansell, Ben Salisbury and Geoff Barrow, to name just a few!

What kit do you love using most in your studio and why?

I have a thing about using less expensive sounds. But it doesn't mean sounding less expensive, in fact it can be the other way around and it's a challenge to get something of quality of them.
