As an eclectic producer, I draw inspiration from a wide range of artists across different genres. I’m drawn to otherworldly sounds, often synched to film, that give the feeling of being immersed within an emotive narrative.

As much as I love the hands-on approach of hardware, software offers a near-unlimited potential for creativity. I was an early adopter of Protools in the 90s, and I’m still blown away with developments, especially plugins that utilise the expansive power of sampling and synthesis.

I’m presently experimenting with several of Kompose Audio’s releases for Soundbox, including Glacium, Lumen, and Umbris. The packs are deceptively simple, and yet so effective, especially when you start mixing them together and creating your own settings. Rise is also a worthy addition in this respect.
