When you purchase a Soundbox pack from Kompose Audio, you’ll have two easy ways to download it.

Pulse Downloader App (for MacOS and Windows)
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step instructions to download and install your product using the Pulse downloader app. This is the best option for desktop users on MacOS or Windows.

Direct Download Link (for iPad)
Log in to your Kompose Audio account on your iPad after completing your purchase. Open your order, and you’ll see a “Download” button to get your Soundbox pack as a ZIP file directly to your iPad.

Important Details
Each product can be downloaded up to 5 times, and the download link is valid for 24 hours after purchase.

If you need more downloads or the link expires, just email us at info@komposeaudio.com and we’ll reset it for you.

How to Open ZIP Files on Your iPad

• Open the Files app and find the ZIP file you downloaded.
• Tap the ZIP file, and it will automatically unzip into a folder with all the files inside.

Installing your Soundbox pack is easy!

• Open Soundbox, click on User Sounds, then click on Import Pack and select the .sbpack file that you have downloaded, click open and that's it!
