Raizes Library download and installation instructions
After purchasing a Raizes library, you will receive a redemption code by email. Your redemption code is also available in your Kompose Audio account.
If you can't find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
You can also access your redemption code by clicking the Access Content button in your order confirmation email.
Installation Instructions
- Download and install the free Raizes Player from the link below:

- Create a free user account on the Zak Sound website.
- Open Raizes Player and click Browse Instruments.
- Click Redeem Code in the top-left corner of the Raizes Player and enter your redemption code.
- Your library will appear in the Available Products section.
- Click Install to download and install your library.
If you are experiencing an issue with Raizes itself (rather than one of our packs), you will need to contact ZAK Sound directly. As the developers of the Raizes platform, they are best placed to assist you and help get everything running correctly.
