Each pad's volume can be manually adjusted and assigned to your MIDI controller, giving you precise control over the suspense and atmosphere in your composition. This flexibility allows you to sculpt dynamic soundscapes that evolve naturally.

Sculpt Your Sound

With eight smart controls designed to refine the depth and tone, plus Low Pads, High Pass filters, and two new effects, Fusion and Core - you can push the boundaries of sonic beauty and depth. Fusion and Core bring an entirely new dimension to each sound, adding stunning layers of warmth and character.

Trailer music - apart from the drums, percussion, and vocals, everything else you hear is pure Time 2 magic.

Controls

  • Warmth: Infuses a smooth, warm undertone, adding body and character to the sound.

  • Hue: Shape the sound’s tonal color - whether you want a bright, crisp edge or a warmer, vintage tone.

  • Fusion: Infuse your sound with the pulse of time itself, adding a unique soulful energy.

  • Glint: Introduces a layer of shimmering brilliance, making your sound sparkle and stand out.

  • Mute Buttons: Instantly mute any effect with a single click, offering precise control over your soundscape.

  • Low Pass and High Pass Filter Sliders: Adjust the low and high pass filters to sculpt the ideal tonal balance, tailoring the sound to your creative vision.

Full MIDI Control

Assign any knob or slider to a MIDI CC Controller by right-clicking it, selecting 'Learn MIDI CC Automation' and moving your desired control.

All eight knobs support 'Host Automation' so you can automate them in your DAW. In Logic Pro, use Smart Controls, and in Cubase, Quick Controls.

For Maschine users, the eight knobs are pre-mapped to the controller knobs for easy access.

Time 2 includes the necessary files and full instructions on how to add the instrument to Kontakt's main Library Browser.

LOOP START TIME

It would be a big plus to be able to zero in on sections of these loops.

Hi James, thanks for your feedback! To edit a pad's start point, click the spanner icon in Kontakt (top left), then Group Editor. Make sure Edit All Groups is off, select a pad, then go to Mapping Editor and click the mapping area (it should turn yellow). Finally, open Wave Editor to adjust the start point. Hope this helps! 🙂
