Full MIDI Control

Assign any knob or slider to a MIDI CC Controller by right-clicking it, selecting 'Learn MIDI CC Automation' and moving your desired control.

All eight knobs support 'Host Automation' so you can automate them in your DAW. In Logic Pro, use Smart Controls, and in Cubase, Quick Controls.

For Maschine users, the eight knobs are pre-mapped to the controller knobs for easy access.

Add Solo instruments to Kontakt's Library Browser

All Solo instruments includes the necessary files and full instructions on how to add the instrument to Kontakt's main Library Browser.

Awesome and expansive sound

This Solos 5 sound is so amazing, it will fit in so well as a soundscape for so much of the music I make. I will definitely be getting more of the Solos range, but as soon as I heard the demo for this one, I knew this had to be the first one to my collection and it doesn't disappoint, a truly awesome and expansive soundscape. Great job Kompose Audio.

Probably my favourite of the first half dozen

Like this one particularly, it really fills up the spectrum analyzer in a very uniform and harmonic way. The only problem I'm having is that it's staticky at times on the initial attack, but I suspect like most things in this world, it's the fault of Native Instruments. I highly doubt it's my M2 Mac Pro with 24 gb of RAM. I won't be buying anymore Kontakt Instruments anyway, I'm done with them forever, but if you can stomach .nki then I can highly recommend this as a starting point for a taste of Compose. Personally I am hoping keenly that Jon moves all these initial forays into an alternative .sbpack format so I can use them elsewhere, see the text concerning Soundbox on the page for Lumen for more information.

Hi Peter, Thanks for your review. Glad you are enjoying Solos 5. I hope that at some point I will be porting all our Kontakt instruments into Soundbox packs, however as they are two completely different platforms, with different features, this may take some time.
