Honestly one of the most authentic realistic choir voices I’ve ever heard. Choir adds real life depth to any project even if it’s stand alone! Great work 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Hi there, Thank you so much foryour review and your kind words, they are very much appreciated. Enjoy!
I am thoroughly enjoying exploring The Lake. I have already used it on one of my tracks! I highly recommend it.
Hi Gideon, Thank you so much for your review of The Lake, we are delighted that you are enjoying it. Happy composing!
Another inspiring Sparks pack from Kompose. I love this, and the Sparks series in general. It gives me another excuse to play around with sounds, and not just constantly be hunting for the "right" sound. It's likely under your nose if you can find the joy in the playing around, which is exactly what this does!
Hi Zach, Great to hear that you are loving our Sparks series. Happy composing!
L’ensemble des sons proposés est incroyable
Hi Serge, Thank you for your review, happy composing!
Fantastic Sounding Basement Library For Creating New Worlds. As Single Or Several Together- Excellent Atmos! A Must Have👌
Thank you for your review and your kind words. Much appreciated.
Had to soften the attack setting as I like softer notes entry but it's a great semi-lead sound that can get your attention. Fits well into my desired sound pallet.
Thanks for your review, Randolph. Happy composing!
Just another everyday average truly splendid Kompose product. Greatness is all they know how to create.
Hi Randolph, Thank you for your review, enjoy!
'Evanesona' comes on like an ethereal army of organs. Beautiful.
Thank you, Randolph, happy composing!
The Lake is, as always from Kompose, a wonderful set of sounds that take you away immediately. It has a good number preset - more than you'd usually get elsewhere, and they're all quite usable.
It was a little bit of a chore installing Raizes having not heard of it before purchasing The Lake. But I'm quite glad it turned out this way. Raizes is a wonderful GUI, not too busy, pleasing to the eye and quite inclusive feature wise. I like it. Good job to Kompose.
Hi Randolph, Thank you so much for your kind words — it really means a lot. I’m so pleased you’re enjoying The Lake and that the sounds are resonating with you. I completely understand the initial setup with Raizes can feel a little unfamiliar at first, but I’m really glad it’s been a positive experience in the end. Thanks again for your support — it’s hugely appreciated!
It's ok. Having chords included in the presets makes it unintuitive and time consuming to "switch them off". Too few presets and 432hz presets are just wasted space. 3 stars only because it was cheap.
Hi, thank you for your review. Lumen 2 is designed as an evolving ambient soundscape instrument, where chords and single notes are intentionally blended and morph over time. It’s not built to behave like a traditional single-note pad, so there isn’t really a concept of “switching chords off” — the movement and harmonic layers are a core part of the sound design.
That approach is exactly what many users enjoy about it, and it’s reflected in the large number of 5-star reviews, particularly around the depth of the presets and overall value.
The 432Hz versions are included as an additional option for those who like to work that way — many customers specifically request and use them — but we understand they won’t be for everyone.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts.
Fantastic instrument to create amazing atmospheric sounds for New-Age ambient, dark ambient and cinematic scores.
Hi Jytte, Thank you so much for your review. Enjoy!
At first glimpse it's another great Spark from the kompose team. I love the handling and of course the clear sound. Super.
Thank you, Herbert. Happy composing!
Exactly what my mind was wanting!
Hi Mark, Thanks for your review, happy composing!
Well, I have just started using ‘The Lake’ plugin and sampling the soundscapes. Every one of them sounds great. I haven’t really tried out the pads yet. I have also started changing some of the parameters to an individual soundscape to see how I can modify the sound. I’m having trouble locking in midi controller effects. I haven’t the plugin ‘learn’ a control slider or **** from my keyboard only to lose it if I switch to another soundscape and return.
Hi Samuel, thank you for your review - much appreciated and I am so pleased you are enjoying The Lake. When you assign a function to your MIDI controller using the learn function, you need to save the preset to remember the learn state. If you do not do this, it cannot remember the learn state. It's probably worth checking out the Razies Player manual here - https://zaksound.com/raizes-documentation/
Kadence is well worth it, Beautiful vocals, a wonderful sound library
Hi Martin, Thank you for your review, we are delighted that you love Kadence. Enjoy!
There are a couple of concerns that I have. The first one does not affect recording in a DAW and that is the presence of an audible click when changing patches or sound source. The second issue I have found is that in the Modulation section, there is no where to route the modulation or the modulation does not work - I have not been able to configure it to do anything - Please help! These are the biggest - and only issues I have with the sound engine, otherwise I love it!
Thank you for your review — it’s very much appreciated, and I’m really pleased to hear you’re enjoying Kadence. I’m not entirely sure what might be causing the audible click, as I haven’t experienced this myself and there haven’t been any other reports of it. It could potentially be related to your audio buffer settings. You can adjust these both in your DAW and within Soundbox, so it’s worth experimenting to see if that resolves the issue. Regarding modulation, you can right-click on most controls in Soundbox and assign them to any of the four modulators. You can then fine-tune these in the Modulation tab. If you’d like more specific help, feel free to email me at info@komposeaudio.com and I’ll be happy to assist.
Loving this one so far, never disappointed in these packs! Great work.
Hi Eli, Thank you for your review, happy composing!
It is a good sound library and I use it for textures over some of of my pieces of Music
Thanks Martin. Enjoy!
Thick rich sound. Great buy to add to the library.
Hi Robert, Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you are enjoying Skyfire!
Although your libraries sound fine, I don't find enough difference in texture and how they evolve between them, apart from Choir and Kadence.
Hi Kay, Thanks for the feedback. Our libraries are designed around a consistent ambient style, so there will naturally be some shared character between them. That said, each one offers its own textures, layers, and movement. We appreciate you highlighting Choir and Kadence. Happy composing!
